After having surgery a few days prior to beginning the course, I would have to say the qi gong supported my holistic healing process. Over 12 Weeks we'll explore the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Yin & Qi Gong. This comprehensive training is structured to gently guide you through foundational theories, energetic pathways, and practical somatic applications to restore inner harmony and vitality. Bree Naomee

For more than 15 years, Bree Naomee has guided people back to balance through the wisdom of Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and holistic health. Guided by a Taoist philosophy and a deep respect for the body's innate intelligence, her work weaves together ancient wisdom with modern understanding to help people reconnect with their true nature.

Over the past decade, Bree has facilitated retreats, teacher trainings, workshops, and mentoring programs for students around the world. Through these immersive experiences, she recognised that many people longed to study this work but were unable to attend in-person trainings due to family, work, finances, or location. This training was created to make that same depth of learning more accessible.

Rather than simply teaching Yin Yoga, Bree developed The Elemental Method—an integrative approach that combines Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Five Elements into one practical framework for understanding the body, mind, emotions, and energy. Her teachings invite students to move beyond memorising sequences and techniques, towards embodying the principles that create lasting transformation for themselves and those they serve.

Alongside her work as an educator, Bree is an Integrative Health Coach, retreat facilitator, and author of 5 Elements with Yin and ReGENERATION. Her approach draws from studies in Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Gene Keys, holistic health, and the psycho-emotional aspects of the Five Elements, creating a learning experience that is both deeply practical and profoundly transformational.

Merryn is fascinated by how life experience is etched into our tissues, and how the body's architecture is shaped by the mind and emotions. How we feel is how we see, and our perception sculpts how we move through life.

An introverted hermit at heart, Merryn explores much of life through somatic body-mind-heart connection. Her life's work is rooted in the belief that our bodies are our most valuable asset, and she has spent it educating, exploring and experiencing this vessel we call home.

This heart fueled path has led Merryn to teaching human ecology, cellular psychology and movement based modalities. Her joyful, innovative nature creates a playful environment for learning and evolving.

Merryn now teaches zenthai, specialised SE workshops and fascia movement classes, and supports clients through zenthai and integrative bodywork. Outside of serving community, she's in nature and in silence: gardening, walking, moving, dancing, listening.

Erin has been a student of yoga and meditation for thirty years, and a teacher for more than twelve. Across three decades on the mat and in stillness, she has witnessed firsthand how these practices carry us through the inevitable changes of being human, through loss, transition, growth, and everything in between.

Her own path has taken her deep into study with respected teachers in the traditional yogic, Buddhist and Yin Yoga tradition, alongside years spent facilitating retreats and trainings across Australia. This isn't knowledge gathered from books alone. It's wisdom earned through real embodiment, refinement, and the lived experience of holding space for thousands of students along the way.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Do I need prior experience with Qigong or TCM?
